Shipping & Delivery

Getting your gear should be simple. Here’s what to expect when you order Dometic and Front Runner products from our online store here in Australia.

How We Ship

We deliver Australia-wide using Direct Freight. Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. If you order before 12 pm (Mon–Fri), it usually ships the same day. Orders placed Friday afternoon or on weekends head out the next business day.

Delivery times depend on where you are. Most metro areas see deliveries within 3–8 business days. Regional, remote or bulky items may take a little longer.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery step by step.

Please note: We can only deliver to residential or business addresses, no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping applies on most orders over $99 AUD to major regions and metro zones (see map below).

Some products aren’t included in this free shipping policy. This applies to bulky items such as NRX fridges and rooftop air conditioners, as well as select Front Runner accessories like Load Bed Cargo Slides, Protection Equipment and Water Tanks. The correct freight cost will always be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

*FREE SHIPPING applies to over 85% of our catalogue, however, some accessories are excluded e.g. Load Bed Cargo Slides, Protection Equipment and Water Tanks.

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack and ship everything securely, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us by clicking here right away. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
