Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): A flat fee of $9.95 applies to orders under $150 (after discounts, before tax). Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.
Oversized & Bulky Items: Additional shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds do not apply.
Expedited Shipping: Options such as 2-Day or Overnight Delivery may be available at checkout. Availability and rates are subject to confirmation.
Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) are eligible for same-day processing and shipping, subject to product availability and order verification.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed for orders placed after the cut-off time.
International Shipping (Canada & Mexico): Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. These are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid upon delivery.
Delivery Promise
Standard Delivery (Contiguous U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Remote States & Territories (AK, HI, PR): Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Order Updates: Customers receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after purchase and a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once the order has been fulfilled.
Please Note: Delays may occur due to factors outside of Dometic’s control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Carrier delays (FedEx, UPS, freight partners, etc.)
Increased seasonal shipping volumes
Customs or import/export restrictions (for international orders)

Contingencies During Sale Periods
During sales events, promotions, and holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee standard delivery timelines during these periods.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the product and packaging. We will work directly with the carrier and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Freight Delivery Policy & Damage Disclaimer
For all freight shipments, please carefully inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
If the shipment shows clear and significant damage, and it is evident the products inside are also damaged, do not sign for the delivery. Instead, refuse the shipment and inform the driver that the order is being refused due to visible damage.
If the outer packaging is damaged but you are unsure of the condition of the contents, you have two options:
You may still refuse the shipment if you suspect internal damage.
Or, you may accept the shipment, but you must clearly note the visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Do not sign any freight delivery as “clear” or “received in good condition” if there is any visible damage to the packaging. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with claims or replacements.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right with your order.
Returns are accepted within the return window stated on your order confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product, or damage in transit).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label will be issued once your return is approved.
Note: Shipping charges may apply if the return is not due to our error.
Items purchased during a promotional period will be refunded at the promotional price paid.
