Card Payments

We accept payments worldwide from all Credit, Debit, Cheque & Hybrid cards issued by:

EFT payments are also accepted through PayGate's SID Instant EFT gateway.

If your card transaction is approved, the payment amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation sent to your email address. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.

If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Sales & Promotions

Please note that Dometic sales and promotion discounts only apply to the period of time when the sale or promotion is live. Dometic will not carry over any of these discounts for orders placed outside of the set sale dates.

Price Adjustments

From time to time our pricing may change due to business cost factors. Once a price adjustment goes into effect, we are unable to provide any customer refunds should a product be priced lower than what it was originally purchased for.
