Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Dometic may allow you to return your product for a full refund of the product value within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. All requests for returns must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that if you wish to do a return on a product bundle, containing two products or more with a discount added, you need to return all items in the bundle.

For products purchased from an authorised reseller, the reseller's return policy applies. Please contact your local dealer for more information.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping fees are not refundable.
